We were lucky enough to get our hands on an extremely limited allocation of fresh Yuzu, both locally and lovingly grown here in the Adelaide Hills.
With the impending summer on our minds, we could think of no better way to honour this rare and beautiful citrus than with a Yuzu gin cello - and alas, our latest creation came to fruition. This small batch production is an ongoing passion project that we aim to produce year after year in very limited quantities, Yuzu is a scarcity, so once this years cello is gone - it’s gone.
